Main Screen UI is broken in HD Texture Packs after 1.13 on Xbox

Summary:
After the 1.13 update users experience a broken "Play" and "Settings" button on their homescreen when using HD texture packs. Additionally, when visible the "New" button is scaled incorrectly.

Impact:
Causes unintended visual effects.

Repro Steps:

     1. Download the "Chroma Hills" resource pack from the marketplace.
     2. Open the Main Menu
     3. Observe Play Button.

Observed Results:
The background of the Play and Settings button becomes transparent. If visible, the New tab also becomes distorted.

Expected Result:
Play and Settings button loads with a normal button. "New" tab is scaled properly.

Did not occur in 1.12
