Summary:

Redstone signal cannot travel across some chunk borders.

(Does fix itself after reloading the world)

Impact:

Does not allow us to have consistent redstone contraptions.

Potentially breaks a lot of maps currently on the Marketplace.

Repro Steps:

Download the Super! Dungeons template sent to Greg Walls on Slack.
Create new world with the template
Start playing the map 
Buy and Select a kit
Go to center room to activate the button on the golden block
TP to 45 162 0

Observed Results:

Redstone repeater is getting stuck on a chunk border with it being in simulation distance.

Expected Results:

Redstone repeater does not get stuck on chunk border.
