Summary:

Tamed entity damage counts as damage being dealt by the owner.

Impact:

Does not allow us to have entities which can be hurt by tamed entities but not by players.

Might break some maps currently on the Marketplace.

Repro Steps:

Download the repro world attached
Summon a wolf
Tame the wolf
Summon a Skeleton

Observed Results:

Wolf is not able to hurt skeleton.

Expected Results:

Wolf is able to hurt skeleton while the player isn't able to hurt the skeleton.
