Entities teleported directly after being summoned take time to rotate properly.

Summary: When mobs are summoned and then teleported in the same tick they rotate themselves to face the proper direction over some time rather than appearing facing the correct direction immediately.

Impact: This makes it impossible to spawn an entity in front of the player that is rotated correctly immediately.

Repro Steps:

1. Download and open the attached world.
2. Press the button, which spawns a pig and instantly teleports.

Expected Results: The pig spawns facing in the correct direction.

Observed Results: The pig spawns facing in the default direction and then rotates to face the correct direction.
