Armor is invisible on armor stands and players

Impact:

Armor missing on player and armorstands impacts the design and look of the world. If important items are on the armor stands it will impact the player and game progression.

Repro Steps:

Open Minecraft
Make a new world
go into creative mode
place an armor stand
put armor on it
for fun, put armor on yourself
do the hockey pokey and you turn around, that's what it's all about.

Observed Results:

You will be standing there, effectivly naked in your own skin. The armor stand is also in the buff despite having armor on. It's emporers new clothes all over again.

Expected Results:

Things with armor on them should have armor displayed on them.
