Particle billboard direction mode reversed

Summary: Particles that used to face a certain way (with direction_z) now face the opposite way.

Impact: Logo is no longer visible on Hardcore Island, doesn't look as intended.

Repro Steps:

1. Download and open Hardcore Island.
2. Look forward, above the button on the sea lantern.

Expected Results: Big text logo that says "Hardcore Island."

Observed Results: Logo is not visible. If you jump up behind where it should be, you'll see that it's facing the wrong way.
