Repro Steps:

1. Create a Default world
2. Give yourself a `Zombie Head` and put it in the Head slot of the player
3. Select a Custom Persona Skin with skin Profile Picker

Observed Results:

The Zombie Head is positioned on the player's arm instead of the player's head.

When using a Normal Skin the Zombie Head is positioned on the player's head.

Expected Results:

The Zombie Head is positioned on the player's head when using a Persona Skin Model.
