[MCM-815] Infinity Plumber hard crashes seemingly at random

Summary:

Infinity Plumber crashes seemingly randomly. After it crashes for the first time, after some gameplay, it will continue to crash on loading the file rendering it unplayable

Impact:

This bug affects Infinity Plumber which will be one of the maps leading the charge in Realms+. In order to put our best foot forward, it is important that bugs like this are fixed in order to not be damaging to both the map and the new service.

Repro Steps:

Open Infinity Plumber from Minecraft Marketplace
Play through the tutorial
generate a sewer layout
enter the sewer
start breaking things
return the sewage to the tank
lather, rinse, repeat

Observed Results:

The game will eventually crash. The first time it happened when the sewer was generated. When opening the world from then on it would immediately crash rendering it unplayable. The second, time, it took until digging sewage in the sewer system before crashing. Again, once crashed, it would continually crash when the save was loaded.

Expected Results:

The game should not crash.
