Impact: Unintended symbols on titles can have negative impacts on player experience. These symbols are showing up from titles made with functions which could impact function integrity

Repro Steps:

1. Download and create world City Mall from Marketplace
2. do /give @p gold_nugget
3. tp to349 95 278
4. throw nugget into hopper

Observed Results: Titles appear with a random character at the end of the titles which is not there in the commands.

Expected Results: The titles should display the same title that is in the title command and no extra characters.
