Summary:
Minecraft considers any world created prior to 1.13.0.7 or on 1.13.0.7 itself as opened with a future version of Minecraft.

Impact:

This bug makes the version completely unusable as a new world has to be created every time we exit a world.

Repro Steps:

• A: 
  • Try to enter an existing world on 1.13.0.7
  • Observe the result
• B:
  • Create a new world on 1.13.0.7 and immediately exit it again
  • Try to enter the newly created world
  • Observe the result

Observed Results:
A screen opens telling the player that the world was opened with a future version of Minecraft. It is impossible to enter the world.

Expected Results:
Entering worlds works as expected.
