Invalid or corrupt skin error when selecting from file

Verification builds: 1.2.0 (build 446687)

Summary:

Not possible to use the "Choose New Skin" button, all uploaded skins appear to be invalid.

Impact:

Can not apply a custom skin.

Repro Steps:

1. Got to avatar/skin changer UI.
2. Press the third option for custom skins.
3. Press "Choose New Skin".
4. Upload a skin png (sample one attached)

Observed Results:

• Alex/Steve previews are blank
• Confirming shows a black skin in main menu
• Trying to connect a game throws back a corrupt skin error

Expected Results:

Skin previews should apply and user should be able to join games.
