Does not allow us to have arrows on armorstands.

Repro Steps:

Create a world
Place an armorstand down
Hold an arrow and place it into the hand of the armor stand

Observed Results:

Game renders the arrow entity instead of the item.

Expected Results:

Game renders arrows correctly on armor stands.
