Player armor does not render correctly in some marketplace pieces

Summary:

Putting on a full set of armor in Mutant Battle Arena and other pieces of content doesn't show correctly on the player model.

Impact:

This is a backward compatibility issue. The armor looks correct in 1.12 and has ever since it was created over a year ago. Whatever changed to impact this will impact thousands of players with this content. Also impacts other pieces of content.

Repro Steps:

• Open Mutant Battle Arena map from the Minecraft Marketplace
• Put on a full set of armor

Observed Results:

The armor does not render correctly on the player model.

Expected Results:

The armor should render correctly on the player mode.
