1. Apply the test pack to a world
2. Join the world and open the creative inventory
3. Observe the bug

Observed Results:

Custom items do not appear inside the creative menu (and recipe book if it has a crafting recipe attached to it) as opposed to custom blocks registering perfectly fine inside the creative menu and recipe book.

Expected Results:

Custom items should get hooked up correctly to the creative menu & recipe book
