HD resource packs - bow string stretches severely when equipped to armor stand

Summary:
Bow model is stretched on Armor Stands in HD texture packs.

Impact:
Prevents bows from properly rendering on armor stands

Repro Steps:

1. Apply a 64x or higher resource pack. Tested with Chroma Hills and Pure BDCraft
2. Create a new world using the resource pack.
3. Summon an armor stand and equip a bow to it.

Observed Results:
Bow string on the bow elongates to an exaggerated degree.

Expected Result:
The string of the bow should be no more than a few pixels in width.

Regression Build:
1.11 and earlier. All live builds.
