Summary:

Glazed Terracotta can not be used in loot tables.

Impact:

The bug is forcing us to make undesirable changes to upcoming content.

Repro Steps:

1. Download the attached behavior pack
2. Start a new (creative) world and apply the downloaded behavior pack
3. Summon a creeper and kill it.

Observed Results:

The creeper will drop stone and dirt, but no white_glazed_terracotta.

Expected Results:

The creeper also drops white_glazed_terracotta.

Notes:

The attached behavior pack modifies the creeper loot table to drop stone, dirt, and white_glazed_terracotta. These ids work with the /give command and should therefore be accurate.
