Entities don't drop xp

Verification builds: v1.11 , v1.12

 

Summary: Custom entities don't drop xp.

Impact: Maps that rely on xp drops are broken.

Repro Steps: Create custom entity, kill it.

Observed Results: Entities don't drop xp.

Expected Results: Entities drop xp.

Notes: I'm guessing this is a bug, but i'm not quite sure. Having the entities not drop xp by default makes sense, but i couldn't find any information how to add xp drops. Correct me if i'm wrong.
