Entities drop chests

Verification builds: v1.11 v1.12

Summary: New entities with custom loot tables drop chests when killed. These are not mentioned anywhere in the loot table. Also, this only happens on some entities, other entities with basically similar behavior and loot tables don't do this.

Impact: Might confuse players.

Repro Steps: 

1. Create a custom entity with a custom loot table.
2. Kill custom entity
3. As this issue seems to appear at random, it is hard for me to pin point a cause. (this is not a step)

Observed Results: Some entities drop chests, while other entities with similar behavior don't.

Expected Results: Entities don't drop chests.
