Entities walk on a path that includes 1 1/2 high blocks
Verification builds: v1.11, v1.12**
Summary: Various of the entities that walk around in our maps frequently get stuck at 1.5 block heights, for example a block with a slab on top. All vanilla mobs also show this behavior.
Impact: This should affect all maps currently in the store.
Repro Steps: Create a 1.5 block high wall, put for example a villager next to it. If the villager walks in the direction of the wall he will start jumping in front of it and get stuck until a different behavior is triggered.
Observed Results: Mobs get stuck when the walking path includes a 1.5 block high wall.
Expected Results: Mobs don't chose a path that includes aid heights.
