Summary: villager/zombie_villager_v2 are no longer valid entity types

Impact: The high quality map Traveling Trader instantly becomes unplayable on over a million players worlds. Causes extreme frustration to partners with content already released and no easy solution, breaks functions, and more/

Repro Steps:

1. open any world, including vanilla creative
2. do summon villager
3. type execute @e[type=villager_v2] ~ ~ ~ say im broken

Observed Results: It will fail due to invalid syntax

Expected Results: It should work depending if there is a villager_v2 around
