Summary:
The Mayors Task is not working (most of the time) in Crazy Town map

Impact:
Unable to play minigame and progress the story.

Repro Steps:
You can reproduce this bug by
1. Opening up a fresh copy of Crazy Town from the Marketplace
2. Enable cheats from the menu
3. Run the following command: /clone 7 3 496 7 3 496 7 13 496 replace move
4. Run the following command: /tp -828 11 74
5. Enter the building and then the Mayor's office to the right.
6. Allow him to finish his speech and follow him into the next room.
7. Wait until he finishes his speech
8. The task will start and you will observe the bug. You might have to try several times.

Observed Results:
The colors on the floor are not showing up and the colored paper is not appearing in the players inventory.

Expected Results:
The Mayor should give you a color paper to put in the correct colored box
the box colors on the floor shuffle to different locations.
