[BLOCKER] Witch JSON is causing the witch to crash the world when they throw or drink potions.

Summary:
The attached witch json crashes Minecraft as soon as the witch drinks a potion or tries to throw one. It is a custom mob json using the behavior packs. It works fine in 1.1.4. JSON is valid. vanilla witch works just fine.
Impact:
Unable to play Infinity Dungeon with this particular mob.
Repro Steps:
1.Add this json to your behavior pack.
2.attack the witch and have it throw a potion at you or try to drink one.

Observed Results: The world crashes
Expected Results: The world to not crash. In addition the expected changes made by the behavior pack is expected to be implemented to the appropriate mob.
