Summary: Opening The Traveling Trader shows a content error with filter is_leashed_to

Impact: None that I noticed, everything seems to be working correctly.

Repro Steps:
 - Open The Traveling Trader map from the Minecraft Marketplace

Observed Results: A content error appears saying the filter "is_leashed_to" was not found.

 Expected Results: Not an error. This filter was copied from the vanilla behavior files so should be valid.
