Weird texture rendering

Summary: Some vanilla textures looks weird in-game. We haven't modified any of these. I noticed it affects vanilla/new worlds too.

Verification builds: 1.12.0.2

Repro Steps:

1. Load City Life from world template. (Same issue observed in vanilla worlds.)
2. Enable cheats.
3. Teleport to the following location: -176 72 235

Observed Results:

You'll notice some weird textures on the garage door or on some other blocks nearby. It doesn't happen for one texture specifically, but multiple different vanilla textures (e.g. iron trapdoor, leaves etc). It flickers if you move away. We did not replace any of those vanilla textures so this must be a Minecraft bug.

Expected Results:

No weird textures.
