Top of leggings not showing on armour stands

Summary:

When using the attached pack, the torso part of the leggings on armour does not appear.

Impact:

Bug looks ugly, could be mistaken as an issue with the pack.

Repro Steps:

1) Download and install the attached .mcpack
2) Create a world
3) Place down armour stand
3) Give the armour stand some leggings
4) Look at the leggings

Observed Results:

Leggings display incorrectly, the part of the leggings which go on the torso do not appear (Screenshot-1)

Expected Results:

Leggings display correctly as in Screenshot-2

Regression Builds:

This did not occur in 1.9

Notes:

Changing 'min_engine_version' to anything under 1.8.0 seems to cause the issue.
