Note particle color does not correspond to noteblock pitch

Summary:

When playing a noteblock the “note” particle color no longer corresponds to the pitch of the noteblock.

Impact:

This makes it difficult to identify the pitch a noteblock is tuned to, and makes the “Match the song” minigame in the map “Ultimate Minigame Rush” nearly impossible to complete if the player has game sound turned off.

Repro Steps:

1. Create a new world
2. Place a noteblock
3. Play the noteblock repeatedly with left click

Observed Results:

The note particle displayed is a different color each time the noteblock is played.

Expected Results:

The particle should be the same color corresponding to the noteblock’s pitch.
