[1.11] Cannot scroll through screenshots in the store

Summary:

Scrolling through screenshots on product pages does not work. The arrows are missing

Impact:

Affects the entire Marketplace except for skins. Must not go out like this.

Repro Steps:

1. Navigate to the store
2. Click on any world/texture pack/mash-up
3. Scroll down to the screenshots

Observed Results:

Buyers can not scroll through the screenshots and are locked on the first image

Expected Results:

Being able to scroll through 5 screenshots
