Any options involving Sliders do not work

Summary:
Any options with a slider control do not work properly. Examples of this are the GUI size, music volume, sound volume, FOV and mouse sensitivity. The slider will also make a button press sound constantly when moved around, but the setting will not be saved.

Impact:
Nothing game-breaking, but makes testing more difficult.

Repro Steps:
Go to the Settings menu and try out any slider option. (Except view distance, that seems to work)

Observed Results:
Once sliders are adjusted, those changes are not reflected in-game. Upon opening the settings again, the options are at their default.

Expected Results:
Slider options should save the setting based on their position.
