[1.10] Player's position in bed is wrong

Summary:

When going to sleep in a bed, the position of the player in this bed is wrong. He is either too far down the bed or completely next to the bed. 

Impact:

Only noticable on multiplayer, but to be avoided. This is mainly a visual bug that looks very weird. This affects content which alters the bed model such as best-seller Luxury Life by Pixelheads as well as Immersion: Vienna by Shapescape

Repro Steps:

You will need multiple players for this

1. Create a new world
2. Go into creative mode and get a bed
3. Place the bed down and set the gametime to night
4. Sleep in the bed

Observed Results:

The player either sleeps too far down the bed or completely besides the bed or a combination of both

Expected Results:

The player should always lay on the bed
