polar_bear player seating position is moved for behaviour packs entities made before 1.10.

Repro Steps:

1. Download Movie Star by Noxcrew
2. Run the command

   /summon polar_bear
   

3. Ride the Dolly Cam
4. Observer the seating position is wrong

Observed Results:

polar_bear player seating position is moved for behaviour packs entities made before 1.10.

Expected Results:

Player seating position should not move between builds.
