Video trailers do not gracefully handle parental restrictions ('Screen Time')

Verification builds: 1.9.0 (iOS, Retail)

Summary: Video trailers do not gracefully handle parental restrictions ('Screen Time')

Impact: Tapping on a trailer with Screen Time enabled looks broken and does nothing when the user presses to watch a trailer.

Repro Steps:

  1. In iOS go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Turn on 'Content & Privacy Restrictions' > Allowed Apps > Uncheck Safari
  2. Open Minecraft > Marketplace/Store
  3. Open content that has a trailer
  4. Press the play button

Observed Results: The UI recognizes the tap, but nothing happens. Bonus bug: if you press your finger down on the play button (without releasing your finger) and slide down slightly as though you are scrolling, the play button will disappear but the chrome/darkening overlay remains visible over the key art.

Expected Results: The marketplace should use the `canOpenURL:` API made available in the iOS SDK: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/uikit/uiapplication/1622952-canopenurl, if this function returns false the play button should not be visible to the user.
