Impact: When entering the purchase coins UI on iOS there is a strange overlay above the store UI.

Repro Steps:

1. Go to the Marketplace
2. Select a piece of content that you can not yet afford with your coin balance
3. Select to buy the content
4. Observe that the buy coins upsell UI contains a strange overlay

Observed Results: There is a strange overlay above the UI.

Expected Results: There probably should not be a strange overlay above the UI.
