Alternative store skin interface does not display skin titles

Summary: Alternative store skin interface does not display skin titles

Impact: When selecting a skin to preview in the 'alternative' store interface (via the skin picker list) the name of the skin does not show up when making a selection.

Repro Steps:

1. Go to the Skin Picker UI.
2. Select a piece of content you do not own
3. Select a kin
4. Notice that the UI does not show the name anywhere

Workaround: the customer can press 'See Pack in the Store', but that doesn't always make sense to do so since the customer can also buy from this UI too.

Observed Results: The name of the selected skin is not displayed in this UI.

Expected Results: The name of the selected skin should probably be displayed somewhere.
