Summary:
When the dragon is spawned, the dragon wont fight the player it will just fly away.

Impact: Blocking; preventing player from completing the map [Adventurer's Dream]

Repro Steps:
1. Load the map DragonSpawn World
2. Press the button
3. Look at the majestic dragon flying away.

Observed Results:
The dragon flies away.
The dragon wont fight the player.

Expected Results:
The dragon will stay in the area where its spawned.
The dragon will fight the player if a player is present.
