Items which should be rendered in the Husk mob's hand instead render over the player's head at large scale

Summary:
Items which are supposed to be rendered in the hand of the "Husk" mob instead render on a larger scale directly above the player's head. The item then moves around with the player.
Note: We've provided repro steps for SPACE, but have noticed it in other maps as well.

Repro Steps:

1.  Download the content "SPACE" from the marketplace.
2. /summon husk
3. Notice the large item over your head. You may need to view in 3rd person to see the full effect.

Observed Results:

The item will be rendered above the players head.

Expected Results:

The item should be rendered in the entities hand.
