Summary:

Iron golems legs don't move. So it just sorta slides around like an ice skater being ejected from hot wheels car launcher.

Impact:

Their inability to move their legs should prevent them from walking but surprisingly it is able to move at the normal speed. I suspect the iron golems toes are working overtime to keep it at that speed which has got to cause cramps after extended periods of time.

Repro Steps:

1. Create a new world. (also occurs in vanilla)
2. change yourself to creative
3. summon an iron golem

Observed Results:

The Iron Golem slides around like a snowman

Expected Results:

The Iron Golem should swing its legs in order to create the momentum it needs to walk properly.
