Pressing "C" at any time toggles the perspective

Pressing "C" changes perspective when it shouldn't.

Impact:
Since this happens even when menus are open, it means that the perspective is constantly being changed when typing, which is very annoying when dealing with commands.

Repro Steps:
1. Press C while in any world, including while paused or in a menu (such as the command block menu). The actual binding of "Toggle Perspective" does not affect the results.

Observed Results:
The perspective toggles, as if the "toggle perspective" key had been pressed, even when a menu is open or the game is paused.

Expected Results:
Nothing should happen, unless something is specifically bound to C in the options.
