[Blocking Live] Multiple edited models have changed pivot points resulting in lots of issues

Summary:
Multiple model issues across multiple pieces of content. From villager noses pivot point not reflecting the changes made to the model, to offhand items, and more.
Impact:
This will affect potentially dozens if not hundreds of pieces of content that edit models. It is hard to tell what is an issue that needs to be fixed by us, or what is a change made by the devs so even if we wanted to fix them, we might find that in the next release the models could be "fixed" again causing another huge influx putting pressure on content review and us to continuously update these models causing lost time to both us and all the teams involved in it.
Repro Steps:
- Download the content "Mutant Battle Arena" from the marketplace
- Change to creative mode
- Summon a villager, vindicator, vex
Observed Results:
On the villager the nose will be hovering inside his face, same with evoker, vindicator and witch. On the vindicator, when it takes his axe out, the axe is in the middle of its body instead of in its hand. evokers when using a spell stick their arms up but the arms are embedded into their body instead of stuck out like they should.
Expected Results:
The villagers nose should be on its face, not inside it. The vindicators axe should be in his hand. evokers arms when up for a spell should be held out like normal, not embedded into their body

This did not occur in 1.7.0.9
Notes:
We just went through this in 1.7, I presume that these are new issues not related to the same animation issue as in 1.7 since many of the other models are correct.
