Summary: When scrolling through the skin picker on Farms, the names of the skins don't behave properly. Tested on Windows 10 & Android

Impact: This doesn't impact our business but is not intended behavior and shouldn't happen. Can't find any other content in the store that this can be reproduced on.

Repro Steps:

1. Navigate to the Marketplace
2. Find "Farms"
3. Scroll to the right in the skin picker
4. Hover over the names

Observed Results: The name of the skin doesn't always change when hovering over a new skin.

Expected Results: The correct name of the skin is always displayed.
