[Blocking Regifting Promo] Snowstorm Simulator house model is broken.

Verification builds:
1.7.0.9_beta25 (#1200135), 1.6.1, (haven't tested 1.5), 1.4.4, 1.2.20, 1.2.8 (which doesn't even make sense because that was when it was released and people played it from the store with no issues)

Summary:
Snowstorm Simulator house model appears broken and glitched.

Impact:
Ruins the effect of this event and is clearly a bug from any user's perspective.

Repro Steps:
1. Open Snowstorm Simulator
2. /summon vindicator ~ ~ ~
3. Observe the issue
