Pig Saddles and Llama overlays display incorrectly

Summary:
Pig saddles and Llama overlays display incorrectly. Within Java they appear as inflated textures on top of the model, whereas in Bedrock they get applied to the texture. This is a disparity from Java. 

Impact:
This affects the Tiny Footprints texture pack, Noxcrew + other creator's content and the base game. 

Repro Steps:

  1. Create a creative Bedrock world with cheats enabled
  2. Spawn a pig and a llama and give the player a saddle and any carpet
  3. Tame the llama and equip the carpet then place the saddle on the pig
  4. Observe the two mobs
  5. Create a creative Java world with cheats enabled 
  6. Spawn a pig and a llama and give the player a saddle and any carpet
  7. Tame the llama and equip the carpet then place the saddle on the pig
  8. Again observe the two mobs

Observed Results: 
Bedrock has disparity from Java  

Expected Results: 
Bedrock functions the same way Java does with the saddle and carpet having inflation

Yes, the top row is Java and the bottom is the Bedrock comparison. The middle screenshots are the Tiny Footprints texture pack 

Notes:
The same point could be made about horse armour, but for terms of consistency within the game. Java does not inflate the armour for horses and thus no disparity by Bedrock on that part.
