[1.7] [BLOCKING LIVE CONTENT] Cannons are re-broken in Pirate Story by Noxcrew

Summary:
The cannon sequence in Pirate Story broke again... In this version, the longest shot with the cannons causes the cannon ball to collide with the aiming marker in the air. These are normally invisible, but the map linked below has that mechanic shut off. Previously, all lengths of cannonball shots would drop before these targets and miss them, allowing them to hit the ground and explode.
Impact:
The player will see their longest shot cannonballs exploding in mid-air instead of on the ground like normal. This can result in either the player being frustrated that the game isn't working properly, or the player being convinced the game is broken and abandoning the sequence.
Repro Steps:
1. Open this world: https://drive.google.com/a/noxcrew.com/uc?id=1F-Cjei19aOF6XykbOBk12AHccGqLGtcS
2. Load any cannon by right clicking it with a cannonball.
3. Fire the cannon with the shortest shot by right clicking it with the green arrow. Notice how the ball starts its trajectory at the marker in the air, but gravity causes it to miss and fall to the ground.
4. Re-load the cannon and fire the longest shot by right clicking it with the red arrow. Notice how the cannonball hits the marker in the air and explodes.
Observed Results: The cannonball explodes in mid-air when it collides with the marker entity.
Expected Results: The cannonball should miss the marker entity and explode on the ground.
Regression information: This has previously worked in every live build we have tested it. Our last recorded confirmation was in this build: W10 Release_853103 1.4.0
