Shaking Camera After Teleporting, Behaviour Pack influenced

Summary:
When you press the button next to evil. it accidentally activates two sets of function which causes 2 teleports, 2 spawnpoints, 2 world spawnpoints and 2 tickingareas to be added or changed.
you then end up having a shaking camera or something seems to be rendering double or rotating pretty fast.
however I tried removing unnecessary stuff from the world. I removed alot of chunks but if I prune more of the starting area the bug goes away. things that I found out:
- if you remove the 'Main' tickingarea (where the redstone is located) then it also dispears (see second video)
Impact:
it easily avoided if I don't activate both sets of commands like I intended but forgot. this bug seems to be a really weird combination of tickingarea and double teleport.
Repro Steps:
- press the button next to the evil button.
- bug appears.
Observed Results:
- shaking camera.
- camera is confused?
- world is sometimes not loaded.
Expected Results:
- **normal camera.

Oh boy this bug is a fun one. but not important so no worries I just taught it best to still upload it. cause something funky is going on.
