Health Boost and Absorption Effects have the same icon (unlike Java)

Summary: The health boost and absorption effects have the same icon despite being different effects.
Impact: In combat maps, it requires the player to open their "Effects" screen to understand what effects they have. It creates confusion and obfuscates information in the UI.
Repro Steps:
/effect @p absorption
/effect @p health_boost
Observed Results:
Despite both being different effects they have the same icon.
Expected Results:
They would have the same icons as java does
