GUI: Play > Friends tab is using "TabFrontInGame" instead of "TabFront"

Verification builds:
Windows10 v1.1.0 (Live Market)

Summary:
The picture used for the tab "Friends" displayed after clicking on "Play" button in main menu is wrong. The tab is using "TabFrontInGame.png" and "TabBackInGame.png" instead of "TabFront.png" and "TabBack.png".

Impact:
It's impossible to customize differently tabs in game vs main menu.

Repro Steps:
1) Change the TabFront and TabFrontInGame PNGs to different colors
2) In game, in main menu, click "Friends" tab
3) Then click back on Worlds

Observed Results: Both tabs are using 2 different sets of tab pictures

Expected Results: Both tabs should be the same knowing they should use the same set of tab pictures
