kill @e[type=Arrow] does not remove arrows in the world

Verification builds:
Windows10 v1.1.0 (Live Market)
Summary:
The command /kill @e[type=Arrow] does not remove arrows in the world
Impact:
We are unable to clean up the area from arrows after a battle happend.
Repro Steps:
1) Shoot an arrow
2) Look at the arrow (Don't loot it)
3) Run the command /kill @e[type=Arrow]
Observed Results: Arrows are not removed after kill arrow command.
Expected Results: Arrow should be removed.
