[1.7 BLOCKING LIVE] Custom Sounds mostly not playing in playsound commands on Jurassic Depths

Verification builds: 1.7.0.2 -R7 Beta 21

 

Summary: Playsound is not playing most custom sounds in Live Content: Jurassic Depths. This includes music, voice acting and most sound effects. The only sounds that do play in the map are (the Alien's gibberish, time travel effect sound and a few other small tiny sound effects)

Upon further testing we have found that this only happens on the encrypted worlds from the store. On a non-encrpyted version of the map the bug is not seen

Impact:  Voice acting, music and most custom sounds don't play.

Repro Steps:
1. Download Jurassic Depths from the store
2. Begin the map
3. Observe that custom sounds are not playing.

Observed Results:
No Custom Sounds playing or can be heard

Expected Results:
You should hear a car driving away and Peter begins to talk welcoming the player to the map.
