[1.7 BLOCKING LIVE] Logic0 UVs corrupted

Summary: The texture UVs for the instruction reader robot in Logic0 are incorrect in 1.7.0.2.

Impact: This makes Logic0 appear broken, and probably affects other pieces of content as well.

Repro Steps:

1. Download Logic0 from the store and enter the world.
2. Turn around and press the green button.
3. Look at the small robot on the emerald block.

Observed Results: The texture is incorrect.

Expected Results: The sphere on top of the robot is entirely blue, and there are no colored pixels around the rim of the robot's body.
