[1.7 BLOCKING LIVE] Weird issues with removing entity cubes. (Mooshroom issue in Candyworld and Sheep in Last Stand)

Verification builds: 1.7.0.2 R7 Beta 21

Summary: We intended for the mooshroom (and cow) to be invisible in Candyworld. We did this by removing all the "cubes" listed under geometry.cow in the mobs.json. However in 1.7.0.2 the top portion of the Mooshroom body is still visible.

Impact: Mooshroom is visible under sugarrush in A Nightmare in Candyworld

Repro Steps:

1. Download Candyworld

2. Turn on cheats

3. /summon mooshroom

Observed Results:

Mooshroom is partially visible

Expected Results:

Mooshroom is entirely invisible
