[1.7] blocks.json is not respecting "isotropic" settings
Verification builds: 1.7.0.2 R7 Beta 21
Summary: Typically when you want to disable random rotations on a specific block, you would go into the blocks.json file in your resource pack and add the setting: ``"isotropic": false`` to the compound for that block. This was recognized properly in previous versions including 1.6.0.8 but not in 1.7.0.2
Impact: Major aesthetic impacts to most resource packs.
Repro Steps:
- Download the world attached to the testing report from TRS in Slack.
- Enable cheats
- Open the world and go into creative mode.
- Place down 10 of each of the following blocks all in a row:
- All 16 colors of Stained Hardened Clay (aka Terracotta)
- Glowstone
- Red Sandstone
Observed Results: All the blocks listed in step 4 are given random rotations on their textures.
Expected Results: All the blocks listed in step 4 should have the exact same texture rotations regardless of where or how many times the block is placed.
